Shift timings : India shift (07:30 to 16:30 IST) however should be open for UK shift too
Specific skills required :
Should have worked in Prod support at L2 level, supporting business users directly.
Hands on with SQL/Unix.
Hands on with VB/Powerquery/Python.
Experience on monitoring/job scheduling tool like Control-M .
Well versed with basic support process like incident management.
Working experience of ServiceNow or similar tool.
and Regulatory reporting experience would be great. Good to have
Strong written and Oral communication.
Self driven with high accountability standards.
