Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the development of creative integration proposals and top-line concepts.
• Managing timelines for integrated content and keeping track of advertiser-supplied products and assets.
• Ensuring all internal workflows and tracking documents are current and accurate.
• Logging and archiving all long and short-form content produced by the company.
• Editing video clips of integrated content and uploading them to the company’s website as required.
• Collaborating closely with network and studio scheduling teams to monitor delivery schedules, air dates, and timings for upcoming integrated content.
• Gathering and editing content for on-air short-form segments and internal presentations.
• Providing support to the team on all integrations and proposals.
