The Computer Repair Technician I is responsible for basic to intermediate computer repair tasks. This role involves working with both Apple and Windows-based products, ensuring their functionality, and preparing them for resale.
Responsibilities
• Replace laptop feet cushions, batteries, and keyboard keys.
• Conduct tests on computer hardware and ports.
• Audit retail production line items to make them available for resale.
• Erase data from hard drives.
Essential Skills
• Familiarity with Apple products and Apple OS.
• Familiarity with Windows-based products.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work in a production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
