Job Description
We’re looking for dedicated Production Workers to join our Quince and Pâté Kitchens. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a hands-on environment, and want to be part of a team that brings joy to tables across Australia, this is your chance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operating production equipment including filling machines and case packers
Cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure hygiene and safety
Manual handling and lifting loads up to 20kg
Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe
Recording production data accurately
Following food safety and quality policies with precision
About You
Experience in food preparation or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
Effective communicator and team player
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transport to and from our Barossa Valley site
Flexible availability between 6:00am and 10:00pm
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
