Job Description
Vale Packaging is growing and is currently accepting applications for Production Operators. With training the candidate will become proficient and be responsible for inspecting quality, packing, and labeling cartons for shipping.
As our Production Operator you will be responsible to:
Startup and shutdown thermoforming machines
Inspect, pack, and label cartons for shipping
Record settings and volumes on work order paperwork
Keep the work area clean and tidy
Assist other Operators as needed
Work evening or day shifts (no nights or weekends)
Potential applicants should have the following skills and experience:
Good communication skills
Experience in an fast paced environment an asset
Strong attention to detail
Standing for periods of time and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Personal Suitability
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Good attendance record
