Job Description
Canadian Blind Manufacturing Inc. (www.cdnblind.com), based in Richmond, has available the position of Production Worker for its production facility. This is a full-time position (40 hours a week).
Qualifications:
· Highly proficient in English
· Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. of weight
· Be able to stand for long periods of time
· Be able to read measuring tape and perform basic math calculations
· Be proactive and able to work without constant supervision
· Previous experience using chop/mitre saw and power tools will be considered an asset
· First Aid Level 1 is an asset
· Previous blind manufacturing experience is an asset
· Must be Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
· Bondable
Compensation:
· Based on experience
· We offer full training and a competitive starting wage
· Extended health benefits are also available
