Full-Time Permanent Roles (38 hours/week)
$28.13/h 3 months training period - $33.20/h ongoing once completing training
4 weeks paid leave – 17.5% leave loading on holidays
Monday to Friday – Day Shift – 6:00am to 2:06pm
Opportunities for OT on Saturdays (not mandatory)
Chinderah location – working indoors
Parking onsite – no travelling required
Ongoing training, a supportive culture and recognition of performance
Uniform, hearing protection and safety glasses provided
About the role
Reporting to the Factory Manager, Assemblers in our production team are part of the new home frame assembly manufacturing team. The key focus of this role to safely assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists according to drafting plans. More specifically, you will:
Build and assemble using power hand tools safely to a high quality and standard
Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans
Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking
Work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
About you

Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual
Experience in the use of hand and power tools - training is provided
Have a general understanding of assembly work
Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work
Available to work Monday to Friday – 38 hours a week
