We're seeking future team members for our Engineering business with roles located in Chennai and Pune in HYBRID positions.

You'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Provides application technical support in complex situations as well as partners with Development teams for coordination of team / project work.
• Monitors real time transactional data from Accounting applications through the Information Delivery architecture for exceptions.
• Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents.
• Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

To be successful, we're seeking interest in the follow areas:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 3 to 15 experience in applications support or production environment
• Experience in Tech SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution.
• Exposure on SOA / API based S/W development
• Preferred knowledge on Oracle systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
