The Board is seeking Professional Board Members who are experienced administrative decision-makers and can lead a multi-disciplinary meeting to appropriately apply legal principles to the evidence before the Board and draw conclusions in a supported but complex environment.

an ability to apply key principles, findings, and recommendations of external and internal reviews to the functions of the Board.
experience interpreting and applying decision-making frameworks and legislation and consolidating complex information from various sources to provide comprehensive advice and assessments.
acceptance and appreciation of the Board's duty to make lawful and evidencebased decisions.

The Board encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds and experience, particularly those from First Nations backgrounds or who have experience working with victims of crime.

Appointments may be offered for both full-time and sessional work as required by the Board, for a period of 12 months.
