A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

A current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain

Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
\
A strong understanding of allergen management and food safety

Pasisonate about healthy and nutritious food
\
Basic baking and dessert making skills required
\
