Queensland Law Society (QLS) is the professional body for legal practitioners, representing more than 14,000 members state-wide. We lead the Solicitors of Queensland with our purpose of Good Law - Good Lawyers - Public Good.
QLS has a full-time permanent opportunity for a Professional Development Solicitor to join their Professional Development team. The Professional Development team provides quality legal professional development options to Queensland legal practitioners, enabling them to build their capability, knowledge and skills. We are seeking a dynamic learning and development professional, to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our education initiatives.
In this role you will:
Develop and deliver high-quality learning and professional development programs.
Regularly evaluate and improve professional development initiatives, fostering continuous innovation.
Conduct proactive market research and analysis.
Implement knowledge management practices.
Ideally you will have the following:
Tertiary qualification in law.
A qualification in learning and development, education or related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver a broad range of learning and development programs and initiatives.
Experience with Learning Management Systems and optimising use of technology in learning and development.
