Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have a clean driving record, excellent knowledge of traffic rules and regulations, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion. The Professional Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the Company Director's transportation needs are met in a secure and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe Transportation:
• Safely transport the Company Director to and from various locations, including business meetings, events, and other appointments.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of the Company Director and other passengers.
Vehicle Maintenance:
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Coordinate with the appropriate personnel to address any mechanical issues promptly.
Time Management:
• Plan and organize routes to ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations, considering traffic conditions and potential delays.
• Assist the Company Director in managing their daily schedule and providing input on travel time estimates.
Professionalism and Discretion:
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, understanding the confidential nature of the Company Director's role.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a courteous demeanor.
Communication:
• Communicate effectively with the Company Director to understand their preferences and specific requirements for each trip.
• Stay connected with the executive support team to receive real-time updates on schedules and changes.
Security and Safety:
• Implement security measures to safeguard the Company Director during transportation.
• Be vigilant and proactive in identifying and addressing potential security risks.
Record Keeping:
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with the preparation of expense reports related to transportation.
Emergency Response:
• Be prepared to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations, including accidents or medical incidents.
• Familiarize yourself with emergency protocols and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably for executive-level personnel.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
