Job Description
• To complete all the engineering projects as per the budget and timelines without any variance applicable standards.
• To ensure all the equipment and facility are maintained always.
Ø Core Job Responsibilities:
• Review Engineering Operations at the site, identify areas of improvement & operational risks & ensure the closing of the items identified Ensure the readiness of BCP & all critical incidents are managed satisfactorily
• Asset Manager in the creation of IFM Playbook & implementation of JLL critical environment guidelines at site.
• Provide technical & soft services advice and guidance for the site team.
• Following best practices implemented at the site & monitor the results.
• Closing of open items identified in internal as well as external audits
• Conduct regular training for the engineering staff at the site to enhance their skill. Evaluate the performance of vendors rendering services at the site & work with the vendor partners for performance improvement as & when required.
• Ensure Safe work practices are followed by the site team/Contractors/Vendors to eliminate the risk of disruption to operations.
• As per the client's requirements manage programs for energy conservation.
• Plan & execute critical equipment maintenance and upkeep programs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards for the site
• Ensure all safety procedures are available & followed at the site.
• Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings
• Ensure the approved procedures are being followed at the site. increase the life expectancy.
• Plan & execute activities to equipment or instruments. Performing testing & developing equipment using multilevel topology for best results.
• Understanding the defects in the process, identifying failures & provide design solutions.
• Planning & effective implementation of managing engineering manpower. Planning and preparations of various audits happening at site and closing of the audit observations. Managing the contractor staffs ensuring the engineering BAU.
