About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our Communications service line and help us uplevel and expand our design offering. This role involves developing concepts that address communication objectives and raising the bar for quality and excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
Translate brand identities into visual expressions across various collateral
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
Lead client conversations related to client objectives and how design can support them
Present work confidently and adapt to client requests
Your Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
5 years of visual design experience
A degree in graphic design or a related field
Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or similar environment
Well-developed design skills and proficiency in design tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
