We are seeking a Professional Organizer Assistant to join our team for on-site client projects. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, physically strong, and loves creating organized spaces.
Job Description:
This is a 1099 contractor role supporting lead organizers during in-home sessions. You’ll help declutter, sort, categorize, label, and beautifully style spaces such as closets, pantries, kitchens, garages, playrooms, and more.
We work in fast-paced environments and often complete large transformations in a single session — so you must be comfortable with moving quickly, staying on your feet, and making strong decisions in real time.
Responsibilities
Assist lead organizer in decluttering, sorting, categorizing, and reorganizing client spaces
Lift, carry, and move bins, boxes, décor, and household items
Create visually appealing product displays and styled spaces
Label containers and implement organizing systems
Maintain a clean work area throughout each project
Follow step-by-step instructions and adjust to changing needs during sessions
Provide friendly, respectful support to clients in their homes
Load and unload organizing products from vehicles as needed
Uphold Neat Nathalie & Co.’s premium standards and client experience
Requirements
Reliable car and valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to commute to client homes across Pinellas County and Tampa Bay
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working around pets, families, and real-life home environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible schedule — weekday and occasional weekend availability a plus
Must be punctual, professional, and trustworthy
Physical Requirements
This role requires physical stamina and is best suited for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work. You must be able to:
Stand and walk for the entire session (typically 4–8 hours)
Lift and move 20–40 lbs repeatedly
Bend, reach, kneel, and climb small step stools
Work in warm garages, stairs, and multi-level homes if needed
Keep a steady, energetic pace throughout the job
