Role Overview:

Client is seeking a Marketing Manager III to lead the Amazon Business Reshape flagship event and its go-to-market (GTM) plan. The ideal candidate will oversee event operations, sponsorships, content, and marketing efforts while driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Amazon Business Reshape flagship B2B event and GTM strategy.

• Oversee event workstream leads (content, sponsorships, operations, email marketing, etc.).

This exciting role will collaborate closely with faculty members as well as internal partners in education, marketing, and sales

In addition to managing events, you will have the opportunity to support internal processes like HCP engagements, CEU/CME programs, and/or educational grants

This position can be performed remotely and will report to the Associate Director, Professional Relations and Operations

• Knowledge and experience with AdvaMed and MDMA Compliance Code of Ethics.

• Effective communication skills with all levels of management and organizations.

• Highly organized and strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet customer needs while operating in a highly regulated environment with strong respect for process and compliance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.

• Experience with CRM & Event Management platforms such as CVENT, Salesforce, Speakcore is desired.

• Ability to travel up to 20%.
