Basic Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Over 2 years of experience of Sales and Marketing in the Flavour / food ingredients/Bakery ingredients industry is a must.
• Knowledge of Flavours, applications, potential clients in India.
• Digital Marketing skills.
• Excellent business and commercial knowledge of the F&F Industry.
• Good presentation and project management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the designated market (50% of your time).
• Computer knowledge – MS Office and other relevant platforms
Job Role
To offer a competitive-edge marketing to support sales objectives
• Travel within the Territory and develop business
• Share your market analysis and existing consumer insights knowledge
• Identify market needs and opportunities through external and internal data analysis
• Work closely with Technical team to develop pro-active concepts for the local market
• Develop new customers and build close working relations
• To follow up and bring new briefs of great interest to the company
• Create strategies to increase company’s presence in the market, including online through digital marketing
• Be responsible for sales & business development, collection, inventory planning, and building a project pipeline with a set of direct accounts.
• Report on sales and profit evolution at least once a month during the closure of the month
. • Lead negotiation on pricing agreements, manage credit, customer contracts, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts.
Develop & deliver internal and customer presentations.
Candidate background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Hotel Management, or a relevant management or marketing discipline.
• Having 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B or B2C Sales in Business Development or Key account devlopment
• Sales, Marketing or Management roles preferably with companies in the Flavours and Fragrance industry.
• Adequate knowledge of Food, Beverage, Confectionery, Ingredients and Chemicals sectors. • Good knowledge of F&B customers, competition, and an existing network in India will be idea
