Job Description
As Professional Services Manager at Loylogic, you will be managing the day to day operations of existing clients by supporting on the technical requests coming from the clients. You will be responsible for a timely and accurate processing of technical/operations tasks to make sure that our systems perform to best of their abilities. Your skills, motivation and expertise will ensure that processes are executed in efficient and high-quality way. Your high standards and attention to details will excite your colleagues and drive your success.
What will you do
• Work closely with clients and growth team on daily basis to resolve technical requests. Follow up with client until resolution for issues on client side.
• Processes setup and improvement for PS operations in conjunction with PMO team.
• Manage Kanban tickets prioritization and follow up with tech team for resolution.
• Monitor client SLAs for Kanban tickets, escalate SLA breach to PS head.
• Program reporting
• Manage weekly .
