What will you do
• Work closely with clients and growth team on daily basis to resolve technical requests. Follow up with client until resolution for issues on client side.
• Processes setup and improvement for PS operations in conjunction with PMO team.
• Manage Kanban tickets prioritization and follow up with tech team for resolution.
• Monitor client SLAs for Kanban tickets, escalate SLA breach to PS head.
• Program reporting
• Manage weekly .
