Professional Videographer, Video Editor and Social Media Manager (Must Speak Hindi/Punjabi Language Fluently)

Job Description:
We are hiring a multitasking Professional who can manage Video production, Social media growth, and business collaborations for a fast-growing content and interview-based platform.
Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit 1 Video Show per Week (45 mins – 1 hour each)
- Create high-quality Reels and Shorts for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Manage and update all Social media handles daily with fresh and engaging content(Reels & Shorts)
- Plan and execute content strategies focused on reach, engagement, and growth
- Set up interviews and collaborations with other media channels, influencers, and guests
- Take initiative to promote the business/channel through innovative marketing approaches
- Handle business-related tasks like outreach, and building media relationships
Requirements:
- Must know PROFESSIONAL LEVEL VIDEO EDITING using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in videography and social media management
- Must have worked with established brands (not local/small projects)
- Strong experience with camera, lighting, sound, and editing workflow
- Must be fluent in Punjabi or Hindi – this is a strict requirement
- Deep understanding of social media trends, growth strategies, and creative formats
- Must be self-driven, accountable, and result-oriented
