About the Role:
As the Principal, you will provide visionary leadership to the School of Law, foster high-quality teaching and research, and build strong academic-industry linkages. You will be responsible for driving academic excellence, curriculum innovation, faculty development, and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead academic and administrative activities of the School of Law.
• Develop and implement innovative curriculum aligned with global legal education standards.
• Mentor faculty and promote cutting-edge research, publications, and collaborations.
• Ensure compliance with UGC, BCI, and other statutory regulations.
• Build industry, judiciary, and international academic partnerships.
• Drive student-centric initiatives, moot courts, legal aid clinics, and community outreach.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Ph.D. in Law with an outstanding academic record.
• Minimum 10–15 years of teaching and research experience in reputed law institutions.
• Proven leadership in academic administration, preferably as HoD/Dean/Principal.
• Strong research profile with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Sound knowledge of UGC, BCI norms, and NAAC/NIRF processes.
