About Bakliwal Tutorials Pvt. Ltd.:
Bakliwal Tutorials (BT) was started in March 2005 with the aim to help students preparing for IIT-JEE, realize their dreams, and make sure that the preparation process itself becomes a fun-filled and growth involving experience. The institute is successfully doing so and is now training more than 4000 students across various courses in Maharashtra. Our head office is located in Pune.
For the last 12 years in succession, BT has produced the maximum number of selections in JEE in Pune city with Pune topper in + out of last 12 years.
In the recently declared JEE Advanced 2026 result, Our student since +th std, Pratik Sahoo is the Maharashtra Topper securing an All India Rank of 7. Vedant Talegaonkar secured an AIR 8+. 15 of our students secured AIR within 800. In 2017 & 2020, our students secured AIR 2 and AIR 7 in JEE Advanced respectively.
We made Maharashtra proud in 2017 & 2020 when our students secured AIR 2 and AIR 7 in JEE Advanced 2017 and 2020 respectively topping Maharashtra. Earlier, In 2010 & 2015 also, we produced Maharashtra Toppers with All India Rank 11 & 22 respectively. We have also produced outstanding results in BITSAT, MH-CET & 12th CBSE boards for many years now.
Desired Profile of the candidate: Applicant should have teaching experience of at least 3 years in top batches of JEE Advanced of reputed institutes. Applicant should have a proven record of having excellent feedback in institutes where he has taught.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
· The applicant would be expected to take a maximum of 2 lectures of (3+1) hrs per day to 11th or 12th standard students.
· Applicants should be caring and affectionate towards students and fellow faculty members.
· Should be a team player and ready to contribute towards the development and improvement of academic systems and processes within the Institute.
· At least 1 week off on a day other than Sunday.
· Participate and contribute to all the events, activities, initiatives organized by the management/head office
· The applicant should be willing to relocate to Pune if he is not present in Pune currently.
Compensation Offered: Salary as per industry standards, profile, experience and track record of the candidate. (15 LPA onwards)
