Job Description
Responsible for execution of the allocated projects as per the design specifications in liaison with the vendors and handover
the projects to the business post satisfactory completion of the projects.
Provide inputs with regard to the performance of the vendor against
the agreed statement of work for and recommend appropriate
actions
Undertake the technical evaluation of the property as per the
guidelines and send to senior stakeholder for approvals
Evaluate the design documents received and liaison with the
vendors in the execution of the project
Monitor the project on a day to day basis to ensure that the project
is executed as per the guidelines and design specifications
Certification of the project on the completion for quality,
dimensions, etc. and approve for processing of payments
Prepare the completion report post the approval from the senior
stakeholders incorporating all the documents as per the
specifications for handover to the business.
Review the design documentation from the design team and brief
the vendors on the design requirements
Project manage the construction at various stages to ensure that the
prototype meets the design specification requirements
Finalize on the prototype post the approval from the designers and
handover to the business as per the specifications
