Job Description-

1) Handling incoming phone calls and transferring calls to the relevant individuals.
Responding to emails, inquiries, and messages promptly and professionally.
Taking accurate messages and relaying them to the appropriate recipients.
2) Managing schedules and appointments for employees, clients, or guests.
Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring meeting setups are prepared.
Sending reminders to staff and clients about scheduled appointments.
Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopyin Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintaining an organized front desk area and ensuring it is presentable.
