About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Inbound Program Advisor to join our dynamic team in the education technology sector. This role will focus on guiding prospective learners through their educational journey by providing comprehensive program information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. The Inbound Program Advisor will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our EdTech offerings by offering personalized support and nurturing relationships with potential learners. You must be self-driven and comfortable with receiving multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness ,qualifying leads and closing sales if needed. Roles & Responsibilities: · Address and respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email and provide effective solutions where needed. · Establish rapport with potential customers and maintain ongoing relationships, offering additional support and information as needed. · Assist the sales team by qualifying inbound leads, ensuring smooth transition from lead to customer conversion, and tracking progress of inquiries. · Provide customised information to interested executives who enquire on comprehensive leadership development programs through phone and email. · Work closely with sales and admissions team to relay customer feedback, refine communication strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction · Ensuring details pertaining to lead discussions are updated real time in CRM (customer relationship management) software. · Demonstrate an infectious positive attitude toward the job, the team, and the organisation. · Ability to multitask: Not just consultative sales but to understand end to end mechanism (from consultative sales to timely payment to enrolment/admission) · The candidate must be flexible to work in any shift depending upon the requirement of the role. The office timing may vary from time to time depending upon the business requirements. · Individual Contributor role. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Overall, 2 years’ experience of which minimum 1 year in an inbound sales, customer service. (Experience is global edtech is a plus) · Experience in using CRM tools and managing inbound leads. · Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. · Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on relationship-building and solving customer challenges. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and data analysis skills · Graduation as the minimum educational qualification.
