About Patil Farms:Patil Farms is an innovative and leading agricultural business specializing in premium-grade saffron and unique saffron-based products. We are looking for a proactive intern to manage our onsite programs and operations, contributing to the seamless execution of key initiatives.
Internship Description:We are hiring a Program and Onsite Operations Intern to oversee program coordination, manage onsite activities, and support critical operational functions. This hybrid internship is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, the ability to brainstorm innovative solutions, and a passion for e-commerce operations.
Location: Pune (Hybrid Mode preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate onsite operations, ensuring smooth execution of programs and activities.
Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce operations and customer engagement.
Manage program schedules, onsite tasks, and troubleshoot challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide leadership support to team members and assist with resource planning.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring all activities are aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain detailed records and generate performance reports on onsite work and program outcomes.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and brainstorming skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce operations and program management.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and lead teams during onsite tasks.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive mindset with the ability to address challenges efficiently.
Stipend:₹3000 per month
Preferred Location:Pune
