About the Role:
The Program Associate will play a key role in designing, building and upgrading the curriculum at AIC-NMIMS. This role focuses on research, development, curriculum and structural design of programs. You will ensure our programs remain at the cutting edge of the global ecosystem by benchmarking against top-tier schools and translating complex needs into actionable learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and structure programs. Lead the design, research & curriculum development of learning modules for programs, ensuring a logical progression from ideation to market-ready models.
Conduct competitive analysis and extensive research into emerging trends to integrate relevant findings, case studies and technical frameworks into the curriculum.
Continuously improve program frameworks based on feedback and ecosystem trends.
Build standardized program modules and solutions.
Perform deep-dive analysis of domestic and international programs to identify curriculum gaps and competitive advantages.
Iteratively improve program structures based on direct feedback from founders and mentor engagement data.
Maintain curriculum frameworks across programmes.
Requirements
0–2 years in program development, curriculum design, EdTech or start-up ecosystem roles.
Strong ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on educational frameworks and market competition.
Proven ability to structure complex information into clear, pedagogical modules and session plans.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable or similar documentation and project management tools.
A passion for innovation, a high degree of organizational skill and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
