SanicsEdu is looking for a Programme Coordinator Intern to support the management of student programs, affiliate outreach, and internal operations across our platform.
This role is ideal for students pursuing graduation or degree programs (3rd year and above) who are interested in program coordination, operations management, and education technology.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate student programs, batches, and learning activities
Assist with student onboarding and communication
Maintain daily operational logs in the SanicsEdu Edu Portal
Manage and monitor activities through the P&SM Admin Panel
Understand and support the APCR (Affiliate Program for Class Representatives)
Monitor and coordinate affiliates through the Affiliate Panel Gateway
Track affiliate channel activities through the Sanics Work Portal
Monitor Program Operations Metrics (POM) and assist in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Coordinate with tutors, support teams, and internal operations to ensure smooth program delivery
Eligibility
Students pursuing graduation or degree programs (3rd year and above)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsible and detail-oriented mindset
Interest in operations, program management, and education technology
