Completed MA/MSc/B.Ed/MBA degree with a minimum 2 years of work experience after the qualification
Proficiency in English – written and verbal communication skills, coordination, MS excel, MS word skills and Canva & Social Media
Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
Experience as a teacher or principal in a higher secondary school is desirable.
Required Experience: Two years in a junior/coordination administration position in an academic institution - after the eligibility qualification

Building partnerships & collaborations with different stakeholders – school principals, coaching classes, private tutors, counselors, and influencers & parent groups
Bringing school students for visits to SVV regularly apart from Summer & winter School program
Supporting program design of Winter & Summer School
Reaching out to various schools
Support the Program Director for Summer School
Business development
Liaise with the summer and winter school students, parents, schools, school principals, counselors, parent groups and other relevant agencies.
Collect feedback from students, troubleshoot challenges during the summer and winter school initiative.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, Heads of Institution, Admissions, Faculty, Public relations, Facilities management, Hostel, Information Technology team and Project office and accounts, among others.
Liaise with Vendors,
Create the timetable/ schedule
Create a report after the summer and winter school.
Maintain accounts
