At Involve, were on a mission to bring students to the center of their own learning journeys. We believe that when students are trusted, supported, and given space to lead, they dont just learn betterthey thrive.
We started back in 2018 when our founders, Divanshu and Samyak, both fresh out of IIT Madras, chose to skip placements and instead build something that mattered. They envisioned classrooms where students werent just passive listeners, but active participantsteaching, mentoring, leading, and growing together.
Today, that vision is alive and growing. Weve worked with almost 1 million students across government schools in six Indian states. Our core program, Peer Teaching, trains senior students to mentor their juniors in foundational skills like reading and math. But its about more than academicsits about building confidence, communication, problem-solving, and agency. Because we believe agency is the key to breaking cycles of inequality and helping young people truly own their futures. Over the next 5 years we look forward to creating impact for 10 million children across the length and breadth of India!
We work hand-in-hand with state and district governments in places like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Karnataka. Weve been lucky to be backed by incredible partners like the Agency Fund, Acumen, Central Square Foundation, and Wells Fargo. And along the way, weve been recognized by platforms like HundrED and Reimagine Education for doing things differentlyand effectively.
But honestly, what keeps us going is our students. The girl who ran her first peer-led session with shaky hands and a steady voice. The boy who found his voice helping his classmates. The thousands of stories that remind us every day why this work matters.

Overview of the Program:
Maargadarshi: Involving students in the process of learning through peer-based interventions.
The program includes facilitating peer-based spaces to provide a safe space for student voices in their learning process. This includes:
• Learning the concept of foundation math through peer teaching for students in lower primary grades with a CPA approach. (4th and 5th students teach their junior grades)
Learning grade-specific math content in peer groups. The students explore different concepts through activities, making it easier to understand these topics in their regular classrooms. (Covering grades 6th,7th and 8th)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Program Design
• Create a Logic Model Framework outcomes chain for the projects we run under the Maargadarshi Program
• Use current trends in the education sector and use them to inform program design
• Design M&E framework for the programs
Content design:
• Design session plans and training resources for the students enrolled in our different programs.
• Collect and analyse feedback from the ground to make our interventions more effective.
Monitoring evaluation and reporting:
• Design relevant M&E tools to collect qualitative and quantitative data from the ground.
• Analyse monitoring data and use it to inform decisions based on program
• Create resources to disperse learning from the program to internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Design artefacts to share program impact with the stakeholders.
As the project scope increases, there will be an increasing need to focus on project management and strategic planning.

• Past experience of initiating and taking complete ownership of new projects
• Proven experience in high-pressure,dynamic projects
• Strong documentation skills
• 1-2 years of experience in training and facilitation
• Proficient in written and oral communication in both English and Kannada (Hindi proficiency is advantageous)
• Effective collaboration with diverse individuals and groups
