This position involves leading key functions, including creative teams, production, digital marketing, and user acquisition; as well as managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. • This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product, and growth, tackling first-time, complex challenges across diverse genres
• Content Growth & Expansion: Improve CPI for new shows and scale high-performing content to reach new audience segments
• Test, iterate, and scale both paid and organic channels to drive sustainable growth. Revenue & Retention Optimisation: Maximise monetisation, improve retention metrics, and enhance user lifetime value
• AI-Driven Production & Scaling: Shift user acquisition testing from thumbnail optimisation to AI-driven experiments and scale realistic AI-generated videos for content distribution
• Content Adaptation & Commissioning: Optimise content adaptation for broader appeal and identify high-potential growth shows across key categories
• Live-Action Production: Maintain and scale live-action content as a core part of our ongoing operations, leveraging A/B testing and advanced analytics to optimise content performance and acquisition strategies

Here’s what we are looking for:
• 12+ years of experience in growth/ business roles with high operational excellence
• Astute problem-solving skills and ability to break (seemingly) large problems into smaller and practical solvable pieces, and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with a keen eye for insights and metrics
• Someone who excels at developing and implementing a plan from concept to completion, generating measurable outcomes
• Track record of productive teamwork - starts with “why” rather than “what,” enjoys getting their hands dirty, and possesses a drive for continuous learningHave an action-bias; solve problems, execute, and iterate, if required

Our mission is to cultivate informed listeners and passionate music enthusiasts across the country.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Program Designer located in Bengaluru, with work-from-home flexibility. The Program Designer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that align with ShrotaHouse's mission. Daily tasks will include researching and creating curriculum content, designing interactive learning tools, coordinating with educators, and assessing the effectiveness of programs. The role also involves being in tune with Indian classical music, and ensuring that the innovative programs set top standards.

Qualifications
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational program implementation
• Strong research skills and knowledge of Indian classical music
• Proficiency in using interactive learning tools and educational technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders
• Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methodologies for educational programs
• Passion in early childhood or music education
• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Instructional Design, or related field is a bonus
