As an event coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing logistics for various events, including conferences and meetings of diverse scales.

Event Execution: Manage end-to-end coordination of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with creative concepts. Project Coordination: Establish and monitor timelines, priorities, and status updates via tools like emails and reports. Client Engagement: Contribute to proposal development (concept, planning) and present to clients. Foster long-term client relationships by exceeding expectations. Vendor & Venue Management: Source, negotiate with, and oversee third-party vendors and venues regionally.
