As the Program Management professional in our Financial Accounting, Infrastructure & Reporting organization, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job responsibilities:
Obtain and document business requirements by interacting with all stakeholders. Generate process flow diagrams and other required documentation where applicable
Conduct significant data mining and analysis to support recommendations and necessary action items. Ability to relate application to data used and how it is stored in various tables in the database
Solution best way to approach requirements from application and data perspective
Maintain partnership with the Client, Technology and Operations on the Design, Build and Testing of requirements
Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts. Assist in preparing status reports
Assist in managing the overall project governance and also assist with defining and documenting operating model. Write User Stories, and contribute towards organizing these into Themes and Epics
Manage overall project governance. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders typically weekly (Project working group, Requirements Sessions, Project Governance, etc.)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Ability to deliver amidst continuous change and in an agile work environment
Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
Ability to collaborate across different groups and regions
Ability to articulate concepts clearly to differing audiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, negotiation and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently to deliver high quality results in committed timeframes
Partnership-oriented and team player with ability to communicate with all staff levels within and outside of own area
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and project management skills. Proven experience working with Technology to deliver projects
Proven experience working with Technology to deliver projects. Strong data mining, problem solving and analytical skills with ability to summarize findings
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project
