Job Description
We are hiring team members to build our new program - Teacher Incubation, where young graduates from teacher training institutes will undergo 1 year long, paid field placement in budget private schools; training on technology enabled primary school curriculum and expert as well as peer mentorship. We will also be connecting these teachers to permanent teaching positions after the field placement. We are looking for people who enjoy creating something from scratch and are driven by taking initiative.
What you’ll get to learn and do:
• Lead design, documentation, monitoring and evaluation of the program
• Cultivate authentic relationships with participants and be a mentor to them
• Build partnerships with budget private schools for field and job placements
• Ensure functional logistics for teachers during their field placement
• Communicate and coordinate with the program participants
• Work with product/design team members to ensure quality delivery
• Onboard and train mentor teachers to support teachers in field placement
• Collect stakeholder feedback and capture teacher experiences/stories
• Build processes for community/alumni support after job placements
