Roles And Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our technology projects and programs. The Program Manager will lead development teams and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate resources, tasks, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Establish project governance and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints.
• Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are delivered to customer expectations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Overall experience: 15+ years. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
• Strong experience managing large cross-functional software projects right from inception to launch seeing the full life cycle with a deep understanding of agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects and programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
• Result-oriented with a bias towards action attitude. Ability to deliver large multi-team and system projects
• Ability to design and sequence detailed flow across multiple systems
• Ability to understand tech architecture and drive tech solutioning with engineering teams
• Good knowledge of one or more technology stacks, and worked in .net core in software development.
• Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders on multiple business priorities. Manage conflicts, drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration, and build a partnership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to build strong relationships and lead and influence cross-functional and partner teams.
