About the Program Manager role
The Program Manager role at AIS is an exciting opportunity to be a part of running various programs in direct collaboration with leadership team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, programs and processes in a way that it meets the school's vision and goals. Some of the examples of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Coordinate with the school's marketing and communications team to ensure that all events are well-publicized and marketed
• Manage end-to-end admissions process
• Collaborating with various partners for the success of enrichment program in school
• Conceptualize and execute events such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, school fairs and other events as required
• Manage event budgets and logistics, ensuring that all expenses are tracked, approved, and within budgetary constraints
• Ensure that all events are in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and school policies
