Job Description
• Drive teaching and learning excellence in the online and offline classes
• Identify teacher training areas, train them on coding aspects as and when required and create resources to bridge the gap
• Identify teaching, learning and leadership related training and development needs for staff and stakeholders
• Use available data to make informed decisions and hypotheses about the quality of teaching, learning and leadership
• Create systems to ensure timely answers to all teacher queries
• Track teacher class delivery, post class engagement to give timely feedback to teachers.
• Work along with the coding curriculum team, to test the classes and solicit feedback on content.
• Suggest changes in the curriculum basis teacher feedback suggestions
• Create learning resources for teachers to ensure they effectively deliver the curriculum.
