Role/ Job Title: Program Manager
Business: New Age
Function/ Department: Digital Platforms, Wholesale Banking
Place of Work: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
'• Report & closely work with Head of Program Management and assist him with the inter-departmental organization of various aspects of the projects.
Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
Identify and mitigate potential risks
Act as Single POC for the launch requestors and provide regular updates about the progress
Coordinate with POCs in multiple teams like Dev, Product Management, Operations etc and drive progress.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors
Accountable for performance and uptime of the solution as measured by department KPIs
Champion agile development to improve operational process
Key Success Metrics:
'Ideate, Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables
