Job Description:
The Program Manager for Medical and Health Science Programs at SRM Institute of Science
and Technology oversees admissions processes and ensures program integrity. Proficiency in
MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential for data analysis and presentations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Admission Strategy: Develop and execute tailored admission strategies.
2. Admission Process: Manage end-to-end admission processes, including reviews,
interviews, and decision-making.
3. Program Coordination: Collaborate with program coordinators and ensure
compliance with institutional standards.
4. Candidate Evaluation: Assess applicant qualifications and suitability.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with faculty and external partners.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate applicant records and utilize MS Excel for
data analysis.
7. Reporting: Create and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint for data-driven
decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Masters degree or higher in related field.
Experience: 5+ years in admissions or program management in higher education
institutions.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Technology: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and
