Role Overview
The Global Clients Americas (GCA) Division is seeking a hands-on Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will balance day-to-day operational management with strategic initiatives that drive improvement and foster strong client relationships.
You will oversee:
Team leadership and development
Client relationship management and service delivery excellence
Operational execution including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
Key Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring service delivery aligns with operational and contractual expectations.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client executives and key site stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, proactively address challenges, and deliver solutions that enhance overall satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Performance
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members across assigned sites.
Create an inclusive, performance-driven culture focused on accountability and growth.
Conduct coaching and performance reviews to strengthen engagement and leadership development.
Operational & Financial Management
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring operational and cost efficiency.
Oversee scheduling, payroll, and resource allocation to meet client and company objectives.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Strategic & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to strengthen client partnerships.
Lead initiatives that align with company goals and promote continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in operations, program, or client management
Proven leadership experience managing teams in multi-site environments
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and implement strategic improvements
Professional, confident presence with strong customer service focus
