Your key responsibilities
Program Management – Plan, Engage, Enable and Deliver
• Drive critical projects related to strategic changes within the Organization and ensure successful delivery against tight timelines
• Proactively monitor risk landscape shift within the industry and regulatory expectations to identify transformation project opportunities to insulate Deutsche Bank from any potential risk exposure e.g. Production design life cycle, application and infrastructure architecture and its resilience etc
• Ensuring seamless execution of Book of Work and necessary adherence to Risk and Governance Methodology to help deliver globally agreed objectives

• Accountable for the management and closure of audit findings as well as any Self-Identified Issues (SII) within the portfolio and direct remit of responsibilities
• Accountable for coordinating the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Audit with least guidance and overseeing the risk landscape for domain
Stakeholder Management – Identify, Partner and Collaborate
• Identify and Map key stakeholder especially during organization wide changes in the operating structure and related expectations to drive robust partnership and collaboration to attain success in delivering program objectives
• Work with relevant stakeholders to identify and assess controls gaps related to technology risk - measure and mitigate them in a timely manner
• Collaborate with global team ensuring successful and consistent implementation of the established control framework within domain
• Partner with 2nd LoD divisions such as NFRM and CSO to ensure 100% alignment towards Group wide minimum control standards and close partnership with the Division Control office for ensuring successful implementation of the program implementation and governance
• Collaborate closely and proactively with Group Audit team enabling VGSD to be ahead in managing the overall risk and audit lifecycle
• Represent the team within internal/ external stakeholders and maintain solid partnership with key business and vendor relationships
Your skills and experience
• Overall experience in program management role for 12-15 years in a Technology company or in Banking Technology division is essential
• Significant programme management experience, ideally in risks and controls at a global bank
• Outstanding strategy development and problem-solving skills (structuring, analysis, synthesis)
• Good understanding, awareness and working knowledge of Industry best practices such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL, COSO and ISO 27001 etc is required
• Candidates with professional qualifications and certifications in the field of technology risk and project management domain will be preferred
