Program Manager, Lending Partnerships

About the Team :
Rupeek works with banks to add an advantage of a fully-managed gold loan ecosystem. Rupeek brings the trust of banks at customer’s doorstep, and by reducing risk, Rupeek drastically increases the scope of gold loans’ business for banks in every city. We in the lending Partnerships teamwork in close coordination with these major Banks to ensure seamless experience for the customer & the bank. We integrate with their systems and work with their central teams to scale-up business across cities.
About the Role:
Design, develop and deploy project and program specific strategies.
Launch & lead initiatives for new business models and set it up for success
Work in a multi-threaded environment with stakeholders:
Across levels - from top-leadership till operational staff in the Bank, &
Across central and ground teams at Rupeek
Have the ability to plan and execute programs within deadline & value with prioritization, planning and detailing out of initiatives.
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Tracking, coordination and reporting of initiatives.
Travel and meet central teams of lenders + regional teams frequently
Whom are we looking for:
B.Tech/ MBAs with 2-3 years of experience in Program/ project management/ Working in multi-faceted business environments.
CAs with 2-3 years of experience of working in Banks/ Audit firms/ Project Management roles etc
Good understanding of finance (PnL, Banking Products etc) would be an added advantage.
Demonstration of exceptional organization skills to manage multiple initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
With a highly creative & analytical skill-set, he or she should be a strategic thinker & problem solver who should have the ability to work seamlessly in a collaborative set-up with top-leadership & executives
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
