Roles and Responsibilities of Program Manager
• Managing and reporting on budget and effort for product lines and various departments within engineering organization
• Working on annual operating plan along with stakeholders
• Resource allocation and forecasting
• Managing communication with stakeholders, other program managers and project managers
• Identifying process gaps and working on solutions
• Managing programs at organizational level
We are looking for someone with following skills –
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel or other related software
• Familiarity with wide selection of business management software like CRM, ERP etc.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Experience with working in a product organization
• Understands product lifecycle management (PLM)
• Has experience in day-to-day operations of product engineering team
• Good knowledge and experience in budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• Sufficient experience to communicate with senior leaders across the organization
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning and monitoring programs
• Experience and analysis and interpretation of data to unearth issues and comprehend causes
