Detailed Responsibility:
The role involves providing analytics to help draw annual strategy & business plans for Emerging Corporate RM programs
• Designing & providing client level reports to support the sales teams in business acquisition and ring fencing of current portfolio
• Tracking Sales Strategy Initiatives through actionable insights / dashboards / reports / campaigns
• Managing development, implementation & management of performance tracking and analysis tools that support overall effectiveness and growth of business
• Formulation and calibration of Performance achievement & Incentives for sales team
• Publishing Performance Management Reports covering KPIs, Incentives, Rewards and Recognition, Performance Improvement Plans, Annual Appraisal reports
• Assisting in Monthly/Quarterly Emerging Corporate Business update to BU Head/MD
• Tracking business efficiency through fee & cost streams analysis
EDUCATION
Essential requirement: Graduate/ Post Graduate (Preferred) from Tier 1 College
Preferred: Post Graduate with Financial planning, Investments
Essential requirement: 8-10 years of relevant experience in corporate sales
Preferred: 8-10 years of relevant sales in corporate banking in banking, NBFC with corporate lending and sales
