Job Description
As a program manager, the candidate will create the program planning structure for the Container Load Program (CLP) initiatives across all miles and Infrastructure Capacity Program workstreams (ICP), in both EU and UK. CLP is a cross-BU initiative focused on optimizing how outbound volume is loaded and transported across the EU network. It governs three primary container types—Fluid Loading, Carts, and Bags. ICP focuses on maximizing Middle Mile asset utilization by unblocking infrastructure capacity blockers and establishing maximum operational site capabilities.
The PM will establish clear prioritization and alignments between long-term capacity initiatives, containerization strategy and GES Middle Mile Engineering Programs partner teams to facilitate E2E integration of the program's engineering requirements, opportunities, and network demands. Working in partnership with Operations, Finance, Network Planning, ACES, and Engineering teams, the Program Manager will coordinate the development and implementation of comprehensive program roadmaps, integration of multiple workstreams, lead business cases, coordinate program requirements across organizations, lead leadership updates (QBR, MBRs), and develop/review year-on-year program plans and entitlement. This role will also lead seasonal container injection and repair planning.
