Key job responsibilities
The Price Perception Insights team is looking for a Program Manager to lead research projects which inform company-wide strategy and our own team's feature development plans. Our team is equal parts customer research, data science and price-related feature development.
In this role you will manage several high-visibility, worldwide research projects to uncover customer insights. You will create customer surveys, analyze results, design tools to support self-service analysis and communicate results, all in collaboration with stakeholders across the company. You will find creative ways act on these insights, translate ideas into designs, and harness the passion and energy of our development team (and partners across the company) to bring these designs into the world for our customers.
A successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of written and verbal communications and strong customer empathy. They will be comfortable collaborating within a global team with high executive visibility. The ideal candidate will have a the ability to communicate with executive stakeholders, a sense of humor and demonstrated ability to have fun.
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions
• Experience defining and executing program requirements
• Experience in designing and executing customer/market research
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
