Your new role
Step into a rewarding leadership role where your people skills will help shape inclusive early childhood experiences for children and families.

At Uniting, we’re proud to be the largest provider of the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program in Victoria. Our work ensures that children with disabilities, developmental delays or complex medical needs can fully participate in kindergarten and thrive.

You will be responsible for Melbourne’s Western region – Brimbank and Melton local government areas. You will be based at our Broadmeadows office, with hybrid work options available.

An extra 17.5% on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave
Up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing and streaming services.
Increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.
Up to 10 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers (4 for secondary).
Access training and development opportunities to help you grow.
Opt in or out of public holidays and be respected for your unique background.
