We're looking for a new program manager to join a team that is constantly looking for ways to improve and offers a trusting, and collaborative culture.
We are a small team that works on innovative programs with well known organisations from all over the world.
Key responsibilities
Support the implementation of learning programs - ranging from 15 to 150 participants
Act as the organising force dealing with all our key stakeholders - clients, participants, participants' managers, internal and external consultants, and other suppliers
Capture feedback and insights, and support continuous improvement
Problem-solve - particularly in relation to quality outcomes, client service and participant experience
Assist with communications (including drafting, designing and sending e-newsletters, database management and website updates).
About you
Highly organised and attentive to detail - with a desire to work in an environment where your skills are mission critical and admired
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships at all levels and providing excellent client service
Adaptable and with a high level of initiative and drive
Both a team player and able to work independently and efficiently
Tech savvy - highly proficient in MS word, excel, PowerPoint, and email software. We're also in the process of automating some logistics so the ability to quickly learn and embrace new IT based platforms and learning systems is desired.

Coming from organisational development, learning development or psych background – recently graduated or qualified (welcome, but not necessary)
