Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong domain expertise in Life Sciences and hands-on experience with Veeva applications. The role involves managing end-to-end program delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary interface between clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple programs/projects within Life Sciences domain (Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Commercial).
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Veeva-based solutions (e.g., Vault, CRM) ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring stakeholder alignment, communication, and satisfaction.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and QA teams.
- Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, EMA).
- Drive program-level reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement when required.
