This will include taking responsibility for:Identifying the MSME/SME segments which can be catered to and create service led ecosystem.Create a product that will help the SME grow its business or help in solving the business problems.End to end responsibility to carry out tie-ups with 3rd party service providers like accounting platforms, e-com platforms etc. basis the product requirements.Thinking out of the box to improve the various journeys built into the system.Create a service led SME acquisition and deepening.Track and take end-to-end ownership of business matrix.Job knowledge and experience -In depth knowledge about several large SME customer segments, their business nuances and pain points.Experience of having worked with at least one SME segment for at in 4 years.Demonstrated ability in working with cross functional teams to drive & deliver business agenda.-Experience in delivering solutions through the digital domain.-Proven product management skills having created & scaled a new product from scratch.-Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, problem-solve and deliver solutions. Eligibility: Candidates who have had experience in FMCG, pharma, Retail, E-com, Manufacturing and consulting along with related banking experience will be preferred. An MBA degree will be an added advantage
